Reading Eggs

I found another code to extend our free trial!! I'm thrilled--we want to purchase Reading Eggs but, with a baby coming any day now, we're better off waiting if we can. We have another month to keep playing Reading Eggs for free!

Timothy continues to love Reading Eggs. As he completes each mini-lesson, a crack extends across an egg. When he finishes the lesson, a creature hatches out. He says the creatures are "ridiculous" and he always looks forward to seeing what he gets (for example, a bee bear or a talking can of sand).

Honestly, this program has taught sight words better than we ever could have! It's amazing to see the progress Timothy has made. Some of the lessons (perhaps one mini-lesson every couple of days) can require advanced computer skills that frustrate Timothy but, overall, we're quite pleased!

• Timothy completed lesson 27 about the letter o as in orange. Timothy read the 'Oo' alphabet book.
• Timothy completed lesson 26, where Timothy read the sound ad and made words such as had, dad and bad. Timothy read the book, Cats.
• Timothy completed lesson 25 about the letter j as in jet. Timothy read the 'Jj' alphabet book.
• Timothy completed lesson 24, where Timothy read two new words, in and had.. Timothy read the 'torybook' Cat and Rat.
• Timothy completed lesson 23 about the letter d as in dinosaur. Timothy read the ﾑDdﾒ alphabet book.
