Timothy's having problems with concepts of time.
As I've mentioned before, he watches an episode of Liberty's Kids when it's rest time each day. The other day he asked David (my 27-year-old husband), "Daddy, in the Battle of Bunker Hill were you a red coat or a good guy?"
David just laughed and said he was a red coat.
Timothy said, "Awww, man! Why couldn't you be a colonist?"
We explained that Revolutionary War was hundreds of years ago, older than his grandfather's grandfather! He seemed content with that answer...
Then, at the city park, we looked at a cabin that was built in the 1850s. Timothy was talking about it and said, "They didn't even have water in the 60s, did they?"
Nope. No water in the 60s. Don't know how they made it.
